Who is responsible
TruppLab is run by Paul Vinell. Contact: vinell.paul@gmail.com.
What is stored
When you sign in with Google we store your name, your email address and your profile picture, plus a technical account id from Google. What you create in the service (halls, stations, zones, teams, coaches, schedules and term plans) is stored under your account. We do not store passwords. The server logs IP address and time of requests for a limited period for troubleshooting.
Why
So that you can sign in, reach what you have saved, and so that we can find and fix errors. The legal basis is performing the service you have chosen to use (contract) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service stable.
The solver without an account
If you try the solver without signing in, the hall and team description you fill in is sent to our server for computation. It is not stored.
Shared schedules
A schedule you share by link can be seen by anyone with the link, without an account. Names of teams, coaches and groups that you have entered yourself are visible in the schedule.
Cookies
We only use the cookie required to keep you signed in. No tracking, no advertising, no third-party analytics.
Where the data is
The service runs on a server at hostup.se in Sweden and the database at Neon, on AWS in Frankfurt, Germany. Both are within the EU.
For how long
As long as you have an account. Write to vinell.paul@gmail.com if you want the account and everything belonging to it deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
